At least $100 value in firstquality merchandise pulled from our current and retiring collections. These items may or may not be on our website.
One of the items will be monogrammed with the initials of your choosing. Font style and color will be a surprise!
The rest of your items will be blank, allowing for easy gift giving!

Mystery boxes are full of ready to sell, perfect items. We do not sell second quality merchandise.

Due to the nature of Mystery Boxes we can not guarantee exactly what is in your box. Think of it as a grab bag! The Mystery Box is perfect for the person who is flexible in what they will receive. Your box will vary. Each box is hand packed by April and chosen at random for your order.
Because of the big discount Mystery Boxes are nonrefundable. We do guarantee that you will actually get more than the retail value of your box.
Current processing time options can be found on each product page. Expedited processing times are available as well. Processing time does not include transit time with the shipping carrier after it has left our studio.
All our orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.

Custom embroidered items are not eligible for refund.
If your item has a defect or flaw within 30 days of receiving it, please contact us. We will do our very best to make it right. There are no returns on customized items unless there is an error on our end.
We can accept returns on blank, unused merchandise within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If the order received free shipping, our shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please DOUBLE CHECK your monogram/personalization details to make sure they are correct. We cannot be responsible for customer error in personalization details. If you need help with your monogram, please email us and we will be glad to help!
