I purchased the backpack for my wife for Christmas as she doesn’t like carrying a purse anymore with 2 little kiddos tagging along everywhere she goes. The quality of the leather is very soft and feels very high end. Also, my wife said the size of the backpack is perfect!
Two suggestions I’d leave would be:
The main zipper opening needs to be a bit larger for easier access to items located at the very bottom and;
It would be nice to have a few options to choose from for the interior fabric. I feel this would give the buyer even more of a custom feeling when purchasing to go along with the monogramming.
All in all my wife loves the product and we would purchase again!
