Expedited ordering options are available on each product page and are subject to availability.

Business days are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST and exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Orders placed after 12pm EST are considered part of the next business day's orders.

For custom work such as company, school, or team logos, just let us know the style, quantity, and color you're looking for and we will be happy to send you some options!

We embroider and monogram only on items that we supply. We do not embroider or monogram customer supplied items.

Shipping & Returns

Our current turnaround time can be found on each product page. Expedited turnaround times are available as well. Turnaround time does not include transit time with the shipping carrier after it has left our studio.

All packages are shipped with tracking. You will receive an email once your package shipped. Shipping speed and carrier are determined by the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Note that shipping time estimates are in addition to our turnaround time.

Local pickup is not available at this time.

If your item has a defect or flaw within 30 days of receiving it, please contact us. We will do our very best to make it right. There are no returns on customized items unless there is an error on our end.

We can accept returns on blank, unused merchandise within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If the order received free shipping, our shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please DOUBLE CHECK your monogram/personalization details to make sure they are correct. We cannot be responsible for customer error in personalization details. If you need help with your monogram, please email us and we will be glad to help!

Should you need to make a change to your order after it has been placed, please email us immediately at info@mariettamonograms.com. Changes and cancellations can only be made up until the point that production on an item begins. Once production has begun, it is impossible to make further changes. Please note that changes made to an order at any point along the way will likely delay your production time and may incur additional charges.
