Production Time & Shipping

****Updated August 23: We will be closed for vacation August 23 - September 6. Any orders placed during that time will be shipped by September 8.****

Typically, your order will ship within 5 business days (M-F) but might be longer during peak seasons (Christmas especially!). 

All packages are shipped with tracking. You will receive an email once your package shipped. Shipping speed and carrier are determined by the shipping option chosen at checkout. Note that shipping time estimates are in addition to the 5 business day turnaround.

Rush Service

Rush service is available for an additional fee (available on each individual product page). Rush orders are placed in the front of the production queue and will be completed in the order they were placed. Rush orders will be shipped within 2 business days.

Business Days

Business days are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST and exclude weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed after 12pm EST are considered part of the next business day's orders.

Local Pickup & Delivery 

Local delivery within 5 miles of our warehouse is free! If the system allows you to choose local delivery, then you are within that area!

Local pickup is not available at this time.

Custom Embroidery

For custom work such as company, school, or team logos, just let us know the style, quantity, and color you're looking for and we will be happy to send you some options!

We do not embroider or monogram on customer-supplied items.

Returns & Replacements

If your item has a defect, flaw or break within 30 days of receiving it, please contact us. We will do our very best to make it right. There are no returns on customized items unless there is an error on our end.

Please DOUBLE CHECK your monogram/personalization details to make sure they are correct. We cannot be responsible for customer error in personalization details. If you need help with your monogram, please email us and we will be glad to help! info@mariettamonograms.com

Changes & Cancellations

Should you need to make a change to your order after it has been placed, please email us immediately at info@mariettamonograms.com. Changes and cancellations can only be made up until the point that production on an item begins. Once production has begun, it is impossible to make further changes. Please note that changes made to an order at any point along the way will likely delay your production time and may incur additional charges.

Privacy & Security

Nobody likes having their contact information given out. We will not do this!
