Merry Christmas

and Happy New Year!

 

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas! We had a nice, relaxing day yesterday and hope you did too!

First, we want to thank you for your business over the years! It has been so fun getting to know everyone here in Marietta! 

The ONE thing that I know we can all agree on is that 2020 has not met our expectations!

Who would have ever thought that this is what our year would have been like?

In business, you pretty much need a super thick skin to muscle through all of the rough patches, but this year has absolutely exhausted us to our cores while we have watched what we’ve built be slowly chipped away piece by piece. The feeling is a bit paralyzing. I’m not saying this to spread more doom and gloom at all... just trying to be as transparent as possible. 

However...back to the thick skin part...a thick skin includes taking emotions out of making decisions:

We are now online-only and will be expanding our selection of monogrammable gifts, including more handmade products, which is always a great thing! Local delivery within 5 miles will be free, and shipping for orders of $50 or more will continue to be free!

Our lease will be ending early in the next few days, so this last week will be spent completing the rest of the orders at the shop, doing inventory counts and moving everything into a warehouse. If you have items for pickup at the shop, we will be contacting you to work out delivery this week.

For corporate logo clients, business will continue mostly as normal, but we will be sending you a revised services plan and policy update soon.
